is an International Materials Technology Company specializing
in the development and sale of natural additives to
increase productivity in Polymer Processing.
We
are looking for a senior Sales Executive who can take
our current organization to the next level.
The
successful candidate will have a proven track record
in the sales of Polymer Additives to the leading global
processing companies. Responsibilities will include
management of all Key Account staff, Customer Service
and International Distributors. The successful candidate
will have P&L responsibilities and have experience
in strategy and sales operations planning.
Must
be an excellent communicator and consultant to help
clients identify and initiate viable productivity
and cost reduction solutions based on the adoption
of our products. Capable of multitasking and producing
above average results in an unstructured environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: |
Strong
administrative, financial, and management skills with
a minimum of 15 years of Sales experience within a technical
service industry. MBA preferred.

who can develop product and process solutions based
on the benefits of our polymer additive products for
our customer base both in the USA and beyond.
The
successful candidate will have a proven technical
track record in product application development meeting
our customers’ financial and technical needs.
Responsibilities will include the coordination and
management of production audits, in-plant product
demonstrations, process optimization for injection,
extrusion, blow and roto moulding, calculation of
Total Cost Benefit and development of summary productivity
reports. The successful candidate will be an excellent
communicator and seasoned road warrior.
Must
be an advocate of consultative selling helping our
clients identify and initiate viable productivity
and cost reduction solutions based on the adoption
of our products. Capable of multitasking and producing
above average results in an unstructured environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: |
Strong
technical, administrative and communication skills:
a minimum of 5 years of industry experience within a
technical service industry with exposure to sales, marketing
and possibly research and development. Engineering degree,
MBA preferred.
